After you have completed the MY INFO and PETS sections of your profile, you will receive an email to set up a phone call. During this 15-20 minute phone call we will discuss your cat sitting needs, tell you a little about Loving Paws Feline Care and answer any questions you may have.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open from 7am to 7pm, 7 days a week for pet sitting hours and office hours are 8am to 6pm Monday- Fridays. Weekend office hours are 12pm -4pm.

When is payment due for pet services?

Deposit in full is due at time of pet sitting reservation. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, ACH & E-Check, Apple Pay, Google Pay through TIME TO PET our pet portal/App

How do I become a client of Loving Paws Feline Care?

You can call Loving Paws Feline Care at 704-266-2074 or filling out our online SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION. New clients will need to register for an account and fill out their personal and pet profiles prior to a meet & greet. Loving Paws Feline Care uses an online software called Time To Pet for service bookings, scheduling and billing.

Does Loving Paws Pet Care update us on Visits?

Yes, we will send a detailed visit report after each visit via our Time To Pet app which include a personalize note and picture of your fur baby.

Does Loving Paws Feline Care require a meet & greet (initial assessment & Care Introduction) before start of services?

Yes, A meet and greet ensures a smooth pet sitting experience by allowing you to access fit, discuss pet care needs, and build trust. Pet Sitting Services are not arranged until a meet & greet is completed by the client and pet sitter and agreed upon by both parties.

Is Loving Paws Feline Care insured & bonded?

Yes, Loving Paws Feline Care is Insured and Bonded through Pet Sitters Associates.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 48-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charge 100% and held for future bookings for 90 days.

Does Loving Paws Feline Care provide emergency veterinarian services?

Yes, to the veterinarian of choice which you Indicate on the forms completed before services begin.

How does the cat sitter get the keys to my property?

You have a few options to grant us access to your home. Our preferred method is to use a lockbox. The benefit of using a lockbox is the key is then available to others that may need it (the cleaners, your contractor, etc).
